A couple of things came up in my game last night I was hoping someone would be able to clarify, they have to do with stormravens, but I guess apply to all flyers/skimmers:

1. When one fires its weapons you measure range from the weapon directly to the enemy model, e.g diagonally downwards rather than flat?

2. To contest an objective does one measure from the base (i.e they basically can't constest if you put an objective up any levels), the hull, or any part of the model including the above?

3. Finally when one is wrecked is it just the hull that is left on or the whole model, just without the base?

Gaming wise I'll try anything. Love history & historical games from Ancients to WW2 but also like fantasy & sci-fi.
Not into comps & prefer multiplayer games where having fun is more important than winning!

I have played a multitude of table top games, but am looking to play some skirmish games like infinity (went to the infinity intro on Thursday), mordheim or necromunda. i also like space ship games like battlefleet gothic or full thrust but have not played them much.

I am pretty into role playing games, i prefer a light hearted, chilled approach to serious drama. I am familiar with dark heresy, and the basics of d&d4 however i haven't played the Latter. Also enjoy playing board games.

I guess i just like playing games, all types. Hoping infinity takes off a bit cos i love the system.]]>
